Top 20 US Bank	X9Assist has become an indispensable X9 research, testing and modification tool in our Item Processing support department. We like that the program is up-to-date with the latest X9 standards and is under active development. We have only scratched the surface on using the immense number of features it offers. Support from the X9 developers has been incredibly responsive. We have not seen an X9 viewer that provides more bang for the buck than X9Assist.
Major Mobile Check Processor	We’ve been exceptionally pleased with our partnership with X9Ware. We are using their SDK to implement x9.37 file capabilities for our clients. The SDK has allowed us to insource our processing from a third party who was much less responsive to our needs, given the variation in x9.37 deposits. The X9Ware tools have the highest level of flexibility and capability. X9Ware is a great partner to have in our corner!
Top 10 US Bank	The X9Assist tool was instrumental in the extensive testing of our large bank check image exchange implementation and continuing support of the production application. Its robust set of features to create or edit x9 files, create csv’s from multiple x9’s, ease of use, attractive pricing, and responsive customer support make this an invaluable tool for any major image exchange processor.
Top Canadian Bank	This software is a test manager’s dream. It is able to transform your deck of test conditions from a spreadsheet, containing only the MICR information, seamlessly into a fully formed ICL with dynamic images. Several customization settings allow you to vary your data and images. The scrub function also allows you to harvest unique production scenarios available for testing while ensuring customer data is not compromised. X9Ware has been very responsive to our feedback. For example, when asked for a multi cash letter creation option, that new functionality was added to Make in the next release.
Major Payments Hub	We received excellent X9 and ACH product and implementation support from X9Ware. Both products helped us to achieve our business objectives per our timeline. The professionalism and expertise that was provided during our implementation made the process much easier than expected. We have been pleased with the performance of these products. I would definitely recommend X9Ware for X9 and ACH processing needs.
Major US Technology Provider	It was not too long ago that checks moved by way of couriers of all kinds. X937 files have dramatically changed that time consuming and very costly means of check presentment but unfortunately also brings many new problems due to complexity and data sensitivity. Our opinion is that X9Assist is the best product for dealing with these many issues. We have found it to be the complete answer to creating, modifying, and analyzing x937 files of all types per the x9 standards. X9Assist is the best single trouble shooter we have found. X9Ware has provided good support with prompt and accurate responses.
Leading US Regional Bank	We shopped for several months before deciding on the X9 Validator as our standard to validate and repair any of our X9 files. We find the features and capabilities to be far above the competition. It has been a tremendous time saver and with superb support from X9Ware we have been able to deliver a superior experience for our customers.
Major US Risk Processor	We would highly recommend using X9Ware software for all of your X9 related projects. Using X9Assist and X9Utilities has saved our IT department multiple hours of development and troubleshooting when we needed to create files in x9.100-180 format, which is a bit unique but was fully supported by their tools. Customer support is top notch.
Major US Corporation	We were searching for a solution to create image return files from item level data and evaluated various alternatives including X9Assist. We determined that Make could create the x9 image files that we needed and we worked with X9Ware to understand and implement a solution. X9Ware was definitely the best partner for our specific needs.
Major US Payments Processor	The TiffKit is working great in our environment and has allowed us to significantly reduce our NCI (Non-Conforming Image) volume. The TiffKit has quite literally more than paid for itself multiple times over. An interesting side benefit is that we now better understand the technical issues that were behind our returned images. With this insight and automation, we have been able to address numerous tiff tag problems that have existed for many years.
Major US Payments Hub	We have been using X9Assist for quite some time and are always amazed at how it can make difficult tasks possible. An example was a recent need to determine who was sending us files where the truncation indicator was not properly populated. To accomplish this, we used X9Assist to merge about 100 recent files that contained about 700k items. We were then able to build a filter from the errors tab and create a file with just the errant items. We are not sure how else we could have accomplished this.
