X9Ware has several products which are made available in our online store for immediate purchase via credit card. This process is completely self-service. Once purchased, you will subsequently receive an email which contains a download link, your license key, and instructions for online product registration. Online registration does require that your workstation has internet access to www.x9ware.com. The prices (below) include a 3% credit card fee. Download links and those subsequent product activations are valid for 30 days. Multi-user licenses can be shared within your organization using our export/import function which is available within our application-based registration panel. Please contact us (sales@x9ware.com) if you are interested in a product/license that is not offered online (such as our flagship X9Assist product), if your organization requires a quote or invoice, or if you have any questions about this process.

If you would like to take a look at our capabilities prior to purchase, you can download/install X9Assist and activate a limited evaluation from the toolbar, using / Help / Reset for X9AssistPlus evaluation /. This gives you the ability to take a look at X9Assist using files that contain up to 100 items. This evaluation includes all of our supported file dialects (X9.37, ACH, and CPA005). Although it has a limited file size, it still allows you to evaluate all of the functions that are available in our desktop products. If you would like to perform a product evaluation with unlimited file size, please contact us and we can provide a 30-day evaluation license.

Quotes and Invoices for All Other Products:
Purchases for all other products can be initiated through a request to sales@x9ware.com. Please indicate your product area of interest and whether a quote or invoice is needed. We will send your license key as soon as the initiated payment process has been completed. We can optionally provide your license key earlier when provided a written confirmation of your acceptance and indication that your payment is active. Please contact us if you have any specific payment processing requirements and we will attempt to accommodate in any way possible.

Payments:
Payments for all of our products can be made electronically (either ACH, WIRE, or Direct Debit), by check, or by credit card. A 3% processing fee will be added to your credit card purchase. A web link will be added to our PDF invoice which will allow you to initiate credit card payments. Note that for certain products we have separate pricing for first year versus subsequent years and as a result there are separate purchase buttons below in support of that pricing structure.

License Terms:
X9Lite is our freeware viewer with minimal file size requirements. We offer X9Vision as an enhanced viewer and at minimal expense for those users who require access to back side check images, larger x9 files, and the need to view ICLR returns. X9Vision, X9Validator and X9Assist licenses are issued on a one year renewable basis. Multi-year licenses are available (for example, two years or three years) which allows you to minimize renewal efforts and lock into current pricing. We have several basic goals that were used as the foundation for this licensing process:

• Provide an environment where potential new customers can install and evaluate our full X9Assist desktop product, allowing you to get a good understanding of it can do in your environment.
• Allow customers to upgrade their license if they need more capability, while fully protecting their initial investment. For example, if you want to move from a single user license to one of our multi-seat packages, or to an unlimited license which is usable by your employees through your entire organization, we will apply your earlier payment on a pro-rated basis to your upgraded license.
• Make all of this as simple as possible. Our goal is to get our desktop products into the hands of as many users as possible and to minimize the cost of administration on your end and on our end. In support of that, let us know if you have specific licensing requirements and we will gladly work with you.

Evaluations:
Our standard X9Assist download supports product evaluations by allowing you to run all program functions against a limited file size. We can alternatively provide an evaluation license key which will allow you to run with an unlimited file size. To obtain an evaluation key, please send your name, company name, address, and phone number to sales@x9ware.com and we will be glad to issue an evaluation license key, which can then be used to activate a full scale evaluation.

Micro Business Program:
Our single user X9Assist license (this product only) is made available through our Micro Business Program. A single seat X9Assist license is otherwise not available. The Micro Business Program is made available to small businesses, Micro ISVs, and early stage startups in order to reduce their costs and demonstrate our products. This is a discount program only, where all other terms, conditions, and support remain unchanged. Our Micro Business program is extended to independent professionals, IT companies (Micro ISVs, consultants, etc.) employing five or less, and non-IT companies with a staff size of ten or less. Larger companies are conditionally eligible. Please elaborate on your specific situation when applying to sales@x9ware.com. A verifiable company presence (website, company profile, registration record, etc.) is required. Availability of this offer is at the sole discretion of X9Ware LLC. We reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions and the right to cancel this Program at any time.
